Welcome Team Captains. Thank you for everything you do to captain your team! Here are Instructions for you to follow when forming your team. The League Dates, Deadlines for team creation, etc... is all posted on the website: www.oranagecountyusta.com
- Click on the 2012 Calendar. Scroll down to the Mixed Doubles League and you will see the information is posted there. Please make sure to adhere to the deadlines.
- Next, go the page called Rules and Forms. Read through the 2012 Section Regulations as well as the 2012 OC Local League Rules. Go to the NTRP Section on the website and read through the NTRP Information posted on the right-hand side of the page, and familiarize yourself with the information posted on the left. Do not put your team online until you have read through this information.
- The Team Information has been revised. Please make sure you are using the one posted on the website
- New this year is a Google Doc you will see posted on the website called "2012 Facility Blackout and Team Bye Request Spreadsheet" Click on the link and fill out this form according to the legend above. There is also a column at the end you may use to indicate if you need players for your team.
In order to be included in the schedule, you must:
- Read the Rules and direct all your players to the website and ask them to read the rules as well. We talked about this at the meeting. Captains know the rules, but many players do not. The rules change every year, please make sure you read them word for word.
- Put your team online and make sure at least 6 players are registered by the deadline. Click here if you need help on how to put your team online.
- Submit the Team Information Sheet. Do not do this until you have read through all the rules
- Enter your Facility's Blackout Dates and your Team Bye Requests on the Spreadsheet
- Complete the steps by the deadlines
