YOUR SCHEDULES
YOUR SCHEDULES
WILL BE ONLINE A WEEK BEFORE YOUR FIRST MATCH. MAKE SURE TO TELL YOUR PARENTS WHERE THEY CAN
VIEW THEM. WWW.USTA.COM
PLEASE READ THROUGH THE NEW SCHEDULING
PROCEDURES BELLOW.
SOMETHING
DIFFERENT FOR SCHEDULING
~ This season, when I post your schedules, all the
times will say 8:00 pm. This is
obviously not the time for anyone’s match.
I will e-mail or fax you your facility report, and you will let me know
what times you want your home matches scheduled, and then I’ll make those
changes as you let me know about them.
EASTER/SRPING
BREAK ~ Do you want me to give a bye for this weekend, or schedule
straight through and have those who need a weekend off arrange it with their
opponent?
Make sure to check with
your facility about their availability and any conflicting dates. YOU ALL NEED TO
CHECK YOUR OWN SCHEDULES FOR ERRORS.
(There will be some.)
1.) If you tell me a
date is not available for home matches at your facility, I won’t schedule you
any on that day. As soon as your
schedule goes online, check this and let me know if I mistakenly scheduled you
on days when your facility can NOT host and I will make those changes right
away.
2.) Double-check
to make sure you are playing the correct number of matches, and the correct
teams.
3.) Once I make the time changes in the
computer, check them to see if I did them correctly according to what you sent
me.
***************COACHES…. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR
OPPONENT EACH WEEK AT LEAST THREE DAYS BEFORE YOUR MATCH AND CONFIRM THE
TIME/DAY WITH THEM.
You need to have at least 4 players to have a legal
match.
THERE ARE NO
FULL-TEAM DEFUALTS. IF YOU CAN’T BRING A FULL
TEAM, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE WITH YOUR OPPONENT.
(You may have to default lines in the reschedule.) If you don’t confirm your match with your
opponent, and one team does not show, you will need to reschedule and neither
team will be penalized.
